Moon Roleplay Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

1.1 By purchasing a sponsorship plan, you agree to abide by Moon Roleplay’s rules and guidelines.
1.2 Sponsorship benefits are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
1.3 All payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the server management.

2. Sponsorship Benefits

2.1 The benefits listed in each plan will be granted to the sponsor within 24-48 hours of purchase.
2.2 Custom number plates and mobile numbers must comply with server guidelines and may be denied if inappropriate.
2.3 Discounts on PDM vehicles apply only to in-game purchases and are limited to one car per month per plan.
2.4 Addon cars must be approved by server staff and must not exceed performance limits or disrupt server balance.
2.5 Staff Support Priority ensures faster response times but does not guarantee immediate resolution of issues.
2.6 Access to the special support channel is limited to issues related to the benefits provided.

3. In-Game Mechanics & Priority Access

3.1 In-game mechanic priority applies only to non-emergency repairs and tuning services.
3.2 Luxury house benefits are limited to one property per sponsorship and cannot be transferred to another player.

4. Sponsorship Expiry & Renewal

4.1 All sponsorship benefits last for 30 days from the date of activation unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Failure to renew the sponsorship will result in the loss of exclusive benefits, including any addon vehicles and priority access.
4.3 Sponsors must request renewal before the expiry date to avoid disruptions to their benefits.

5. Sponsorship Closure & Server Wipe Policy

5.1 In the event of a server wipe, all sponsorship benefits, including vehicles, houses, and custom items, will be reset.
5.2 Moon Roleplay is not responsible for any loss of in-game assets due to server wipes, resets, or data rollbacks.
5.3 Sponsors affected by a server wipe may receive compensation at the discretion of server management, but refunds will not be provided.
5.4 If the server permanently shuts down, sponsorship benefits will be voided, and no refunds will be issued.

6. Violations & Termination of Sponsorship

6.1 Any violation of server rules or exploitation of sponsorship benefits may result in immediate termination of the sponsorship without a refund.
6.2 Sponsors found engaging in cheating, exploiting, or abusing server mechanics will be permanently banned with no eligibility for sponsorship reinstatement.
6.3 The server management reserves the right to revoke sponsorship benefits at any time if deemed necessary for the stability of the server.

7.2 Support response times may vary based on server activity and staff availability.
